Due to an increased workload they are looking for an Environmental Consultant to join their successful, experienced team in West Yorkshire. You will have proven experience of Phase I and II site investigations and knowledge of risk assessment and remediation techniques. The role will be a balanced mix of site and office work and you will be supported by and working alongside Senior Consultants. Additionally you will be involved in the project management of a variety of projects, as their projects are located on a number of sites across the Yorkshire the successful candidate will require a full driving license.
Ideally they are looking for a consultant with 2 – 5yrs experience, but applications from more senior candidates are welcome and can be accommodated within team structure. The role will suit a candidate who may be looking for a new challenge that will give them more project management ownership, working within a consultancy or similar, with experience in site works and or environmental monitoring. The role will enable the right candidate to progress quickly into a full project management role giving you the chance to manage projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate should have a science or environmental based BSc and or MSc degree or similar. Additional to your technical skills the right candidate must also have the ability to manage client’s well, be presentable and have a can do attitude and willingness to learn.
